Everything was fantastic, the best resort we’ve ever been to. The staff were courteous and the atmosphere pleasant. We’ll definitely come back. All praise.

Everything—from the pool with free access to breakfast, even the beds were extraordinarily comfortable.

Everything—rooms, bathrooms, and beds were clean, modern, and the parking was ample enough to give us peace of mind. The huts by the pool were unfortunately dirty.

The hotel sits on a nice spot close to the town of Novi Pazar, easy to find with ample parking, and the grounds stay tidy. The wellness facilities are very good. Reception staff were friendly, but only the gentleman truly understood English and explained things to us. We stayed in bungalow 1. The upstairs bathroom had not been cleaned upon arrival, the bin was full of previous occupants’ rubbish, and the bathroom itself was unfurnished with no towel rails. As a foreign tourist I felt the property catered more to locals. The spa facilities were not explained properly, and unlike other hotels we had to bring our own pool towels because none were provided. We dropped our laundry before 10 am and were told it would be ready that evening, but the next day it still hadn’t been taken to the laundry. That evening we were told the washing machine was broken and would be taken off‑site to be washed, but since we were checking out the next morning we told them not to wash it. The bungalow was not cleaned daily or at any time during our 3‑night stay, only new towels were given. Overall it was a disappointing stay for a 4‑star hotel and reflects poorly on the property; I would not go out of my way to visit again.
