I appreciate the historical vibe and location, and I never saw anyone else except for the check‑in, check‑out, and breakfast staff. THE SCONES!! The tavern was closed.

The room was nice and clean, but the only issue was the narrow stairs for my husband; we didn't ask for a first‑floor room, so I can't blame the hotel.
