“Truly memorable”

Staying at Estalagem de Marvão turned out to be one of the most memorable nights of our entire Portugal trip! The rooms were incredibly cozy, luxurious, and beautifully decorated, with every detail making us feel genuinely cared for and at home. We loved strolling through the old town’s charming cobblestone streets at night, soaking in the vibe, and having the convenience of walking to dinner and exploring this magical village. Marvão truly has something special, and staying here made the experience even more unforgettable. We only wish we had booked more time! Estalagem de Marvão is a place we’ll remember fondly and wholeheartedly recommend to all our friends. It was an absolute highlight of our Portugal journey!

Lovely property, great rooms and a very central location.

A spacious room in authentic style with modern comfort. Parking was no problem. There are plenty of options both inside and outside Marvão. Breakfast was well‑prepared. A friendly welcome from the pleasant João, who speaks good English.
