“Elevator out of service”
We appreciated how quickly the hotel and refunded our payment. The girl at the front desk was friendly. I booked this reservation in part bc it had an elevator and an ocean view suite. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service. Mobility issues didn’t allow us to take stairs
“Pretty good place to stay”
Breakfast, room was clean, kitchen person was awesome. Didn't see much of the front desk. It was quiet. My room was cleaned the 2nd day, not used to that. Most places wait.till ypu leave. No elevator. Glass in the parking lot. Reported to the front desk
Excellent location, beach right around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and coffee available early. Elevator temporarily closed
Nice looking building. Super clean, shiny floors in large lobby and breakfast areas. Would have given an 8 or 9 rating for facility if elevator and ice machine were working. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it had an elevator. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of commission and was supposed to be fixed the next day after we checked in. Two days later, when we checked out, it was still not fixed. Lugging our bags up and down stairs to the 2nd floor was difficult with bad knees and backs. We were offered a discount when we checked in (due to the elevator not working). It has been over a month and we have not received the discount yet. Also, the ice machine was not working. I do not know how long it was out of use
“NOT as great as I thought to be expected!”
Comfortable Beds, plus a close walk to everything and beach. Morning receptionist was rude especially NOT very helpful at all, kept ignoring us while asking for laundry soap since there was NONE at the front desk Lightbulb was out next to the dining room so the room was very dark, Elevator BROKEN the whole time, had to walk 4 flights of stairs each time to the 3rd floor for ICE and to go up & downstairs alot Housekeeping didn't bother to ask us if anything was needed My mother also has a walker so it was a struggle to get to the ground floor to the junior suite there & back
