I stayed in a ground‑floor room and the breakfast was nice, but the pillow cover and cupboard were dirty and I couldn't get phone signal.

The staff were polite and helpful, but the staircase was steep and there was no lift.

It was a short stay; my check‑in was late but they made everything comfortable, and I had a very early flat; they ensured a timely drop.

Breakfast is good with a variety of meals, veg options, and fruit, but the room was cramped, the lighting was poor, and the toilet was cramped.

Nothing much to say. The appearance, location, entrance, and approach road were all shabby. A star‑rated hotel can’t be in a commercial building with many other businesses, sharing the building. No proper security arrangements were visible. It is doubtful whether the building complies with fire‑fighting norms and other civil defence requirements. The entrance, exit, corridors, etc. were too narrow and gave a feeling of an unsafe place. The first feeling I had when I landed there was not to check in, and I asked for a refund. The hotel reception didn’t cooperate and asked me to talk to someone else. I didn’t have an emergency contact number in Chennai. When I requested them to help with phone numbers, they declined. I was forced to stay there. The room they gave me was shabby. I will share photos.
