The staff were very attentive and the ice service was flawless. The only downside was that the bed pillows were too flat. Other maintenance issues included: ① the toilet water kept dripping continuously, possibly indicating rising water costs; ② the toilet paper holder’s screws were loose and wobbly; ③ the sink drainage was poor, it felt like water was just hanging; ④ there was a spreading black stain on the lower inner side of the bathroom door.

備品が丁寧に、梱包されて良かった😀アメニティも充実していた…古い分おもてなし間がみえた、リーズナブルで、御食事も出来て長旅で、疲れてたので…外に食べに行かなくて…楽でした 後会員のお得感が凄い でも、イベントに参加するため、近くのホテルにと決めてたので.次はなかなか来ないので、止めたけど…近くの方は絶対お勧め 朝ごはん☕🍞🌄３００円のモーニングセット良かった😀. 普通のホテルとは少し違う分、フロント、駐車場何処に止めれば…良いのかわからなくて、少し困った😖💦 要領もわからなくて.少し戸惑いもあったけど、もう少し説明欲しい… 後布のソファが、余り綺麗ではなく…ファブリーズ等有れば、良かった、問い合わせたけど返事なかった 残念でした…

The breakfast was tasty and the price was reasonable. The window lock was broken and I couldn’t lock the door.

The interior space was spacious, but I often found myself eye‑contacting other guests.

There was nothing positive to mention. I explained that the receipt from Booking Off differed from the actual stay cost, yet the staff told me to contact Booking Off myself for confirmation—a responsibility that should have been handled by the hotel. The bath was covered in mold.
