I liked how close the place is to Termini station and the city centre, but climbing four flights of stairs with a lot of luggage was a hassle.

The beds were super comfy and the location was fine, and the guy was very friendly, but the third‑floor room had no elevator, the bathroom felt old and underwhelming, the shower was broken, the curtain didn’t seal properly, and the water didn’t drain well—plus the price was quite steep.

Close to train station. Person who checked us in was rude. FYI it’s also on the 4th floor with no elevator. Shower was not draining properly and needs a new shower curtain
