“Bon hôtel bien situé”

The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the U-Bahn. My room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was really good. I could also eat dinner at the bar. No complaints.

I always return to Pulman because it has spacious rooms and a location I consider ideal; the metro station is just outside and the Lufthansa bus is on the next corner. The neighborhood is lovely and safe, and it’s close to my workplace. Almost every room has a balcony. The hotel is very large and a bit behind on cleanliness; the sofa and armchair have stains that never get cleaned. I didn’t like that I was first given a room without a balcony and with a very dirty sofa. I went down and asked to change rooms, and then they gave me an executive room, presenting it as a gift for the inconvenience. Later I realized I had actually booked an executive room and just forgot.

The facilities are excellent and the breakfast is great. The only downside is that room cleaning only happens if you ask for it.

“فندق عادي جداً”

The staff are friendly and the place is quiet. I booked a room on the fifth floor, but I had to go down to the fourth floor and walk a long hallway, then take another elevator from the fourth to the fifth. Parking costs about 30 €, and it’s hard to get out because the phone in the parking area isn’t answered. The room is very plain, and the hotel feels old and average.
