From the beginning they were rude and denied us any service; the rooms were dirty, very small, and not handicap accessible, making the stay miserable. The pictures they showed were misleading.

The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was too small.

I was told my security deposit would be returned, but it hasn't come back yet, and the sheets were stained. The customer service left me disappointed.

The spot is great, but the room was super noisy, had no furniture, and felt very empty; the lighting was blindingly bright.
