The apartment was very clean and in a great spot in La Spezia. Nothing major, but I’d call it a bit impersonal. Communication was tough with the owner, an AI that answers Booking questions, and an autonomous check‑in process that felt a bit too 2.0. The room itself was modern and stylish but not very practical – no place to hang towels, for instance, and a lot of unnecessary décor. Still, the place is clean, well‑located, and I’m sure it will suit many people.
