Everything matched what you’d expect from a hotel—value, friendliness, professionalism—and the location was ideal, but the food, though fresh, came a bit cold; I prefer hot meals, so that was a little letdown.

The service was good, rooms were cleaned regularly, the staff were friendly and spoke several languages, the whole area stayed clean, the price matched the quality, and the location was close to the sea. The food was tasty and varied. However, the snack bar kept serving the same dishes, the alcohol quality was poor, the coffee didn’t taste good, and everything felt a little old‑fashioned, though it looked decent.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the animators were especially friendly. We had an unforgettable week and are very grateful.

The location was great, but the place felt a bit outdated and worn. The all‑inclusive package was acceptable, yet the variety could improve; the drinks were terrible, with fake cola and others that were full of gas and tasted bad. I’d rather pay more for good drinks.
