The staff were very helpful and friendly, even though communication was a bit difficult because they don’t speak English. The mattresses were far too hard; we could have slept on the floor. We checked in as a couple and only received one towel.

The new room was clean and tidy, and the host was enthusiastic and friendly. Wi‑Fi on the first floor was strong, but there was no signal on the second floor.

A small place a bit farther from the usual spots of Tam Coc/Cuc Phuong; the owners were super friendly and helped with transport and any requests, especially arranging transport. The place was very clean and offered good value for money in the area.

The room was clean inside and out, spacious and airy, making it very comfortable. Basic amenities matched the price, and the host was especially friendly and enthusiastic, like family at home. After a run I had sore feet, and the host kindly arranged late‑night food and cleaned my shoes.

“Als westerling onder de Vietnamezen”

I stayed in a clean, well‑furnished room and the staff were extremely friendly. We chatted through Google Translate because the manager spoke only Vietnamese. The hotel is brand new. I was the only Western guest among the Vietnamese locals. The mattress was very firm, which is common here and actually helps your back. The site listed a paid breakfast, but none was offered; fortunately there are restaurants within walking distance, so that wasn’t an issue.
