The location is next to a great restaurant and offers free parking. The hotel is poorly maintained, dirty, and breakfast is bad. Despite the tempting price of 30€, the hotel needs a thorough renovation.

The housekeeping was disappointing!

Easy to locate, the breakfast is decent. The staff are pleasant, and parking is on site. Dirty! The air‑conditioner isn’t working! You don’t get dinner late! The kitchen in the nearby restaurant closes at 21:00.

The room had an unbearable cigarette smell, and every surface absorbed it.

Convenient location from the route during the trip. A kind and polite lady at reception guided us. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were good. The children's play centre, for an extra fee, is close to the hotel (for an hour stay with three kids we paid about 900 UAH, which might be useful info since I couldn’t find it anywhere else).
