Marcos went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, giving us Uber and meal contacts, recommending waterfalls, and even escorting us to one when we couldn’t find an Uber—a rare warm welcome. He kept the pool spotless every day, the rooms tidy with fresh linens, and, with his wife Lorena, served a hearty breakfast. The hosts were helpful, though a bit over‑enthusiastic. The place is great for families or anyone seeking peace, situated in a quiet, natural area. Nothing disappointed me, but I’d suggest driving. For those who like easy access to amenities, the location is 30 minutes on foot from the town center and reached by a dirt road with some uphill sections.
