The place is well‑located, but it was really noisy at night—DJ played until 1 am on the rooftop, and my room was right under the roof, making it impossible to sleep; I definitely do not recommend it.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot in the old town, the girl who greeted us was very friendly even though she didn’t speak English, and there are cafés, transport stops, and the sea nearby—one of the budget options. The room was very small, barely enough to turn around, and there was no hot water, probably because the boiler couldn’t keep up with the number of guests.

Great location. Nice room, though a bit small. The music was extremely loud well past midnight.

Location 200%. Cleanliness 100%. Gorgeous view from the terrace overlooking the sea and mountains! Comfortable beds, spotless linens and towels. Ideal for young, active, and positive travelers who aren’t deterred by moderate austerity. Definitely not for those used to five‑star hotels and lazy, over‑indulgent beach and pool relaxation. The restaurant with live Turkish music right across the windows was a big plus, not a minus, because we love local music, and it really creates the vibe you’re after when traveling. The musicians there were top‑level, just like everywhere in the old town. Music is everywhere, and that’s great! If you’re looking for silence and peace, stay outside Kalychi. But we wanted to be in the heart of the “dance” scene and we didn’t regret it at all. Even though we’re far from 20 or 30. You instantly feel younger in spirit! I’ll gladly come back. Thanks. By the way, the beautiful Konataltı beach is about a thirty‑minute brisk walk straight along the sea. The road is very pleasant and not tiring at all. You don’t need to bring beach chairs or umbrellas; you can comfortably sit on well‑maintained lawns under trees a bit further from the elevators and the beach edge. That’s what locals do. All you need is a towel. You can bring your own food. There are plenty of cafés for any budget. Near the hotel there’s a small Migros and an exchange office. By the way, you can exchange rubles. The rate seemed quite reasonable. Location. Terrace. Cleanliness of linens and towels. Bed comfort.

The spot is great, but the front desk kept struggling to pull our Turkish card, even though it was a Turkish card.
