Jambuluwuk Bromo Resort

“Merveilleux et dépaysant”

The setting is in nature with all the luxury of a nice hotel and top‑quality services: pool, spa, paddle court… The staff are attentive and go out of their way to arrange our visit to Mount Bromo. The room was large and very beautiful. Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect—great job to your team!

“Neue Anlage in Bromo Nähe mit viel Natur”

The location is great if you want to combine proximity to Bromo with nature and quiet. The property is new and modern, the rooms are large with balconies, and they’re cleaned daily. Staff greet guests by name. Paddle tennis is available for an extra fee, and the equipment is provided. The indoor pool is heated and there’s a good massage offer (thanks to Nadine, Rista, and Refi). Widya in service and Regy took care of us superbly and helped out. Milk was available if the food was spicy, water was always on hand for thirst, and they gladly gave information about the area and helped book excursions. The laundry service worked well. The mountain location brings more humidity and coolness, which shows in the rooms. The heating and ventilation struggled. In the spa the rooms could have been warmer or the towels/blankets thicker during massages; you cool off quickly. Afterward there’s a tasty tea.

Everything. The only downside was that they didn’t have a breakfast buffet and the pool closed very early.

“超出预期，性价比不错。房间很舒适宽敞。餐品也好吃”

The restaurant was decent, and the room was great, but the dining service was a bit slow.
