The spot is great, the shower is large, and the host is excellent. It might not suit people with mobility challenges.

Everything was absolutely fantastic: no problems, a wonderful host, a prime location, a good price, excellent facilities, a lovely balcony, and overall a great stay! Nothing to add.

The room, the décor, and the views from the square and the city are superb. The location is perfect – everything is within walking distance. The hosts are attentive and give excellent tips for dining and local events. Nothing was missing; everything was flawless.

“Geschmackvolle Unterkunft in toller Lage, herzliche Gastgeber”

The accommodation is tastefully decorated with a lot of attention to detail and the unique charm of the Sassi. The beds were comfortable, we slept superbly, and everything was impeccably clean. Being right in the middle of the Sassi di Matera (including the view) is ideal: sights, restaurants and viewpoints are all easily reachable on foot. We loved the minibar with free soft drinks – a thoughtful touch not found everywhere. We especially want to highlight the hosts, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful and always ready to assist us. Thank you Nicola & Marilena for the two wonderful days. Nothing else to add; it’s a flawless stay we would gladly recommend and return to anytime.
