Everything about this hotel was AMAZING, from the staff to the hotel itself, and we definitely will be back!

The view from my room and breakfast at the cafe was nice. The wait time for parking, and getting cars back when ready to leave. Being charged for parking even though I’m staying at the hotel. I understand charging if I’m just eating at the restaurant or doing something else at the hotel. The ac in the room was outdated and the size of the bathroom was small

The location in the city center was perfect for us, just a two‑minute walk to the American passport office, and the Atlanta Aquarium and Coca Cola Museum were each five minutes on foot; we used a Waymo taxi without a driver for the first time. Unfortunately we found pests in the room, but the staff handled it professionally and we were compensated.
