The front desk staff were very welcoming, but I disliked that the room was not cleaned daily; towels should be replaced each day without having to call the front desk, and trash should be taken out every day of the stay.

The room was nice and clean, but what was listed on my reservation differed from what I actually received. The staff seemed clueless and couldn't perform even simple tasks, turning the experience with them into a 5/10.
