The views are exceptional, but the restaurants were crowded and had long lines for breakfast, which is unacceptable at this price.

The hotel is superb with outstanding views and the Kura restaurant; staff were polite, helpful, and everything was excellent.

I stay within walking distance and found the stay refreshing. I had asked for fruit and champagne to be delivered to the room before I left, but the champagne never arrived; I had also mentioned wanting champagne at the time of booking, so I’m not sure if it was a miscommunication.
