The staff were especially friendly, charming, attentive, and committed. The location is great, right on Elvira Street, close to the cathedral and the Royal Chapel area, and near restaurants and tapas spots. The welcome detail in the room was nice. Getting in by car was very difficult; we paid for two days of parking but only used one and a half. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. The single beds were a bit odd for a couple. The parking is a little off‑site from the hostel and requires a walk. The spa area is separate from the price and a bit pricey.

The location near the main sightseeing spots is great. The lack of Wi‑Fi in our room was very inconvenient.

Breakfast was excellent, the hotel was super clean and quiet, the room was spacious, pretty, and the bathroom was very good. The check‑in was a bit tricky at first, but the staff fixed it quickly.

The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. From day one they gave us city info and were available for any question. They left water, coffee, tea, and some chocolate in the room—small touches that are appreciated. The location is perfect, close to everything.
