Akzent Hotel Zur Grünen Eiche

The hotel room was spacious, the breakfast plentiful, and the mattress firm and comfortable. The bathroom had been relatively recently renovated. The location was practical, just a 3‑minute drive from the motorway. However, while there was a beverage and snack vending machine, the room only had small 100 ml water glasses; normal wine or beer glasses would be nicer. The room’s furnishings feel a bit dated, even though the bathroom shows signs of renovation.

The atmosphere was calm. Because there was no lift, it was a struggle for us to use the stairs, especially since my husband has a disability. Also, the charging station didn’t work, so we had to find another place to charge, which was quite inconvenient.

It was cozy and peaceful, the rooms were large and nice, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food for both dinner and breakfast was really good. The only downside was the glass door to the bathroom that was see‑through.

Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. The room was large and beautiful!
