I recommend this place; the hosts are very kind and helpful, respond quickly to messages, and the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood 15 minutes on foot from the metro. Nearby are good local restaurants and the value for money is excellent.

The host is genuinely kind and empathetic, discreet in the house yet super helpful, and I loved that she listened to the best Italian singer-songwriter of all time in the morning. The room and bathroom are clean, spacious, and well‑furnished, separated from the rest of the house by a partition; there’s a coffee machine to start the day and complimentary water bottles, plus a fridge in the room! It’s not very close to the metro, but fortunately it’s well connected to the city centre by other lines that run regularly. The hot‑water flow could be better managed, but that’s just a minor note that doesn’t affect the rest.

The room was very nice and came with a coffee machine and mini fridge. Even though we shared the house with the hosts, it was hard to notice their presence. The connections to central Rome are good. The mini fridge makes frequent noises, which could be annoying when sleeping, but it didn’t bother me.

The atmosphere is family‑friendly with the managers Mario and Giusi, who are really pleasant and welcoming. The room is part of an apartment in a quiet, protected building that is still close to essential services like the Jonio metro B stop, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The room is large, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom is equally big and functional. Cleaning is excellent. Nothing to add.
