The property is spotless and in a great spot. There is no elevator, and the staff wouldn’t help us with our luggage.

The location was good, and the Swiss elderly lady owner was very welcoming. The shower water alternated between hot and cold, and since there was no elevator, lifting luggage up the stairs took a bit of effort.

We loved it, very practical and very close to Interlaken West station. Overall everything was very functional. Claudia was very friendly, we loved it!!
