The hotel’s setting was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet, making the stay extremely relaxing. Some staff members, especially the doorman Chat, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, greeting everyone with a warm smile and providing excellent service that truly enhanced our experience. However, I was unhappy with the unpleasant odor near the elevators that sometimes smelled like a bathroom or sewage.

The room was large and clean, the area was quiet and the scenery was very beautiful, yet the children could be noisy at times and disturbed sleep during the night.

The hotel enjoys a lovely location in the Arab quarter where I always stay, but it needs a bigger lobby with many more seating areas, a redesign of the décor in both the hotel and the rooms, a larger elevator, and the rooms themselves require updated décor, furniture, and cupboards; the windows are very old and lack proper ventilation, so I hope the owner renovates the property for the better.
