The cleanliness was lacking.

It was close to the area I wanted to visit, but I couldn’t sleep well because of the loud noise and many people talking late into the night.

The location was excellent and the room was comfortable, but more maintenance is needed: fix the shower head, add a sweeper strip under the entry door, replace the outlets, and install electrical outlets near the big desk. There are no outlets for electronics, making the desk useless. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

The room was very spacious and clean, but it would benefit from having smart TVs.
