I stayed for two nights and we simply could not connect the wifi on any of our devices. The shower in the room wasn’t hot on any of the days (they were cold days), and on the first morning the light flickered. The post‑service was the worst part for me! I forgot an item and it was difficult for them to tell me it was still there (which I already knew). I contacted them on the second day about it, and on the fourth they promised to send it via the post but never did. On the sixth I called because they weren’t answering my WhatsApp messages asking if they could send it by bus, since someone could pick it up in another city, and the receptionist raised her voice at me saying I had warned them too late, to which I replied that I had requested it two days earlier and they hadn’t responded. Then comes the interesting part: the item I forgot isn’t at reception, it’s in the manager’s possession, and my question is “why is my item not at the hotel but with the manager?” According to them they will check the possibility of sending my forgotten item.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a gas shower; breakfast was good. The pool was small and the room with a city view was noisy, so staying in a back‑room is better.
