The room was clean, but when we booked we saw breakfast was included and at arrival we were told there was none; we would have chosen another hotel if we knew breakfast wasn’t available. We got there around 10 pm and could only check in through a window, where a wet, moldy smell seeped in and the bathroom drain was very slow.

The location was good, but the cleanliness and hygiene were awful.

Breakfast was supposedly included, but it wasn’t, and there were no tissues either; housekeeping was fine with what they had. The steps were a problem.
