The accommodation was decent, the pool was nice, and the breakfast buffet was good and complete. We were a bit late, which isn’t a big deal, but the hotel was almost empty on the last one or two days of our six‑night stay. We ended up staying two more nights with better views, which was worth the 200 k per night. A lot of staff were present, but after all our experiences we felt a bit of the enthusiasm that’s common elsewhere in Sumatra was missing.

A spotless bathroom, fresh towels every day and a water bottle on the bed, plus helpful staff. The breakfast could have had more variety, and make sure you book a room by the pool side for the best view!

The rooms are lovely with a fantastic view of Lake Toba, and the passenger boat from Parapat docks right at the hotel. The green surroundings are beautiful and the pool is delightful!

The location is perfect with a fabulous view, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was excellent and comfortable. Nothing to add.
