The reception staff were helpful and polite. The location was excellent. The hotel had dirty hallways and a stale smell in the rooms. The carpet was the same every day. Cleaning of the hotel, rooms, and restaurant in general needs improvement.

A cozy hotel right in the city centre, just 300 metres from the Termini station and the Termini metro stop – super convenient. There are plenty of cafés and little shops nearby, and the Termini transport hub made it easy for us to get around. The rooms are small but clean and snug; housekeeping came every day to change the sheets and towels. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and the beds were a‑half‑queen size, which worked well. The bathroom was tidy and comfortable, stocked with shower supplies and slippers. Breakfast was served in the dining area; the selection was modest but tasty, with cheeses, cold cuts, butter, bread, jams, muesli with milk, pastries, coffee and tea – a decent, hearty start to the day. The place was lively, yet street noise didn’t bother us at all. The staff were polite, and the reception desk helped us with maps, sights and cafés. We left very satisfied with our stay and felt the price‑to‑quality ratio was perfect. Everything was great.

The hotel is close to Roma Termini. There is no air conditioning, the bed is uncomfortable, the old building makes the room smell musty, and the ceiling in my room left about 2 feet of uncovered space.

The coat‑check service was bad and the staff were rude. They charged me an extra $200 for breakfast even though the booking included breakfast, which is unacceptable.

Breakfast wasn’t bad but it wasn’t varied. The hotel had a very small elevator. The carpets were not properly placed and they move. The room was very modest.
