The room was lovely, clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. The location was only about a 15‑minute walk from the centre, and the staff were okay but not very attentive.

We received an upgrade and probably had the best room in the hotel, with a bathtub and a large shower. There was nothing to criticize.

The architecture worked well, the bus stop was in front of the door, and the view of Duro was great. The reception staff were very unfriendly, and the balcony tiles were wobbly and broken.
