The location was great and the facility was spotless and comfortable. The staff were nice and the place was quiet despite the busy street. As tea lovers, we really appreciated having a hotpot, the only one we've ever had! I would have liked a towel bar by the sink instead of a second wall mirror, and there was no spot for a hand towel or washcloth. Also, I had to bring an eye mask because the room lacked proper blackout drapes, so it was a bit too bright for a light sleeper.

The design was very stylish, cozy, and welcoming. We also received a room upgrade after asking about a change.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the location was very good on the main avenue, just a 5‑minute walk from the main shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive. The spa facilities were also excellent with wide opening hours. Even with the good amenities, the price is high.
