The staff were friendly and helped us check in well. The room was tidy and the location was close to the motorway. The downside was that there was no breakfast; you could only get breakfast at the restaurant, which opened at 9.00 am, and that was a bit inconvenient. It’s a pity that the Landhaus doesn’t provide it itself, which would have improved the hotel.

Claudia’s communication was efficient and smooth; she really took the time to think through my two questions, and I’m grateful for that. The Landhaus met every expectation of a three‑star hotel. Breakfast was extensive and tasty, and the beds were of great quality. In short, I’ll book again as soon as I’m nearby. The surroundings of the hotel were a bit dirty, and the cleanliness could have been better.

We would have liked a bottle of water in the room, a box of tissues, and at least one French channel on the TV.

The staff are friendly and eager to help. Breakfast service is missing; there’s an independent café next door, but it opens too late for those of us staying for work.
