The kitchen was available for use. With “breakfast included,” they meant free access to the kitchen with coffee, tea, and some packaged croissants. Occasionally there was also juice and industrial‑style bread with jam. There’s a washing machine, but not enough space for everyone to hang laundry, and the stairs are steep.

Luca was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, welcoming us and trying to meet all our needs; the location is central, just steps from everything; the building feels warm and clean—everything was superb!

Luca’s welcome was nice. Your website portrays this place as suitable for three people sharing a kitchen and bathroom, but it actually has three rooms and you must share the kitchen and bathroom with others; the information should be updated.

Free laundry is available, arriving late at night was no problem, and the area is good. The breakfast was weak.

The accommodation is excellent. Luca gave me great recommendations. Sassari is, in my opinion, a good stopover; you can easily reach Argentiera and other beaches. In the area around the apartment there are many good places to eat. It feels more authentic and cheaper than many other spots along the coast.
