TheJoy is centrally located yet quiet. There’s no elevator, but the staff are very helpful. I felt very comfortable there. The neighbors were noisy, and Chania was completely crowded this time, almost like a second occupation by tourists.

Great location, in the center and just steps from the old town. The shower was good, the room spacious, and the air‑conditioning worked well. Our room was on the top floor, so be aware there are many stairs. If you’re driving, street parking is hard to find, so we had to use paid parking every day.

The location is good. The stairs to the floors and the reception are practically nonexistent, and it’s almost impossible to talk to staff on the phone.
