“Disappointed”

The place is in the city center and checking in and out was easy, but the listing promised a family‑friendly room with a kitchen, balcony and view, yet the room was a death‑trap for kids, the stairs and gallery had no proper guardrails, the stairs couldn’t be locked, there was no real furniture, the kitchen was shared with other occupants, the balcony was missing, and we were paying for a bedroom and a shower that weren’t advertised – not what the pictures or description said. It might work for solo travellers, but it was definitely not as advertised.

“Clean and comfortable dorm room with private bathroom”

The beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent, but the place wasn’t represented accurately in the listing. It said you would have a water kettle and a washer in your room, making it sound like a small suite; the pictures showed a kitchen, but the listing didn’t say the kitchen and kettle were down the hall. I didn’t see a washer, and I didn’t think it was the best value because we got full apartments for €30 more.

“Schöne Unterkunft”

The rooms are up to date and the communal kitchen is well equipped. The staff member from Ale-Hop was very committed.
