“Beyond Expectations!”

The breakfast spread was incredibly upscale, and the whole hotel had that cruise‑ship vibe. After a two‑day Amtrak trip we were thrilled to arrive at such a convenient spot right from the station, and the Uber ride was a breeze—though we’d have walked if it weren’t raining, in the middle of the night, with three kids, an elderly man, and a pile of suitcases. On the downside, the suitcase trolleys would be much easier if guests could use them without staff assistance; the elevators were also confusing because we weren’t told how to use them at check‑in. The front desk asked if I’d been here before, and when I said “Yes” I assumed it referred to the Hyatt Regency brand; if I’d said “No” maybe they’d have explained the elevator keypad that requires selecting a floor. Finding the guest rooms was a challenge, too—this huge, magnificent hotel made navigation tough for someone unfamiliar with the layout.

“Excelente pero no nos dieron el desayuno que estaba incluido”

La ubicación, el hotel esta súper lindo, muy limpio y el personal excelente atención. No me gustó que en la reservación del hotel pagamos un monto adicional para que nos incluyera el desayuno, de hecho cuando hicimos el check in nos dijeron que el desayuno incluido era para 2 personas, pero cuando fuimos a comer nos dijeron que debíamos pagar…
