The bar staff didn’t bring me ice and made me go down three times because they were so busy; I’ve never been treated like that before, so I’m leaving early. I was planning to stay longer, but the bad service and other issues made me mad; I’m paying for this and they’re making me do everything the hotel should do. I’m really upset and will definitely leave.
