I absolutely love staying at Bayon Modern Residence! Every time I visit Siem Reap, this is always my first choice. I have stayed here many times, and every visit feels like coming home. The warm hospitality, friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, and comfortable rooms make every stay special and enjoyable. The staff are always welcoming, helpful, and ready to make sure guests have a wonderful experience. I also love the relaxing environment, beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfast, and the overall comfort of the hotel. After a long day exploring the magnificent Angkor temples and the beautiful city of Siem Reap, it is the perfect place to relax and recharge. What makes Bayon Modern Residence truly special is not only the facilities but also the people who work there. Their kindness, genuine care, and excellent service make me feel appreciated and at home every time I return. “Wonderful Second Stay at Bayon Modern Residence”

This was my second stay at Bayon Modern Residence, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The staff gave me such a warm and friendly welcome, which made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The food was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate the excellent hospitality. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend Bayon Modern Residence!

“Despite the excellent staff and service - the hotel fell far short of its 4-star rating due to basic amenities, poor cle”

The staff and customer service were genuinely excellent, and our driver in particular was phenomenal. The room was spacious and was kept organized during our stay; towels were replaced and the trash was removed regularly. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended for us. This hotel and our room were absolutely not what I would consider a 4-star property. Based on the room and amenities, I would personally rate it closer to a 2-star hotel. The room itself was extremely basic, and even something as simple as hand soap was not provided at the bathroom sink. The quality of the shampoo and body wash was also far below what I would expect from a hotel advertising itself at this level. More concerning was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were fake eyelashes and strands of hair stuck to the bathroom wall. That immediately made us question how thoroughly the room had actually been cleaned before check-in. We also had dinner delivered to our room one evening. Afterward, the dirty dishes were placed outside our room and remained there for days, despite housekeeping regularly passing through the area. For a hotel presenting itself as a 4-star property, that was especially disappointing. Another major issue was the noise early in the morning. The nearby call to prayer was extremely loud and woke us very early. Obviously this is not something the hotel controls, but guests should be aware of it when deciding whether to stay here, especially if they are light sleepers or traveling with children. Overall, the staff were wonderful and deserve credit for their service, but the condition, cleanliness, amenities, and overall standard of the hotel did not come remotely close to the 4-star rating we expected

I love the environment, I love the service, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love food 🤤🤤

The hotel is wonderful, the reception is very beautiful, the pool is great, and the room is spacious. There was a bathtub and a shower. Everything is stylish and comfortable. Nearby, a school was found, and constant ringing during break and class interrupted us 🙈 at first we thought it was a fire… then we realized it was a school nearby.
