Each room has a private balcony, cable TV, and classic Mexican décor with tiled floors and white wood furniture. American breakfast is served daily, and Huatulco International Airport is 8.4 miles away.

Everyone was super friendly and the hotel was very comfortable with well‑maintained facilities, but the shower area felt a bit cramped, though it was still okay.

The hotel is pretty and the pool is comfortable, but it was a scam. Employees tried to send a message to steal credit card info to “confirm” a reservation that was already 100% paid. The link led to a fake site pretending to be Booking, which was then taken down when I reported it. When I raised the issue, they said the message came from Booking, but it actually came from their own chat in Booking. They made no effort to fix the situation, gave excuses, and didn’t try to resolve the problem or apologize. Also, items that “were included” in the room, like a coffee maker, were missing. A disappointment; avoid at all costs.
