The staff were very friendly and the location good, but the room and bathroom cleaning were lacking, hot water for showers was unavailable, blankets and bath towels needed changing, and the bathroom refurbishment was inadequate.

The hotel is awkwardly located with no proper entrance, rooms lack ventilation, there is no service staff, and I feel they charged double what it should have been.

The location and neighborhood are good, the room size is decent, and it has a window; however, we only stayed a short night and the staff were not very friendly, except for one person.
