“Delightful stay in modern and clean rooms in convenient part of Puerto Ayora”

The location was fantastic, rooms were well appointed with great facilities, the swimming pool and bar were enjoyable, and the roof terrace offered great views and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff were friendly and responsive, rooms were quiet, and breakfast was reasonably included in our rate. The power and water outage on the last morning, which affected Puerto Ayora widely, was handled well by management. Accessibility is difficult for some rooms (stairs); if you have mobility issues, mention it when booking. Accessible rooms are available.

“We would return if we are fortunate enough to return to the Galapagos”

The rooms were lovely and the pool area pretty. Bicycles were available for everyone and the staff were very friendly. No negatives.

The room was big, the bed was comfy, staff were very helpful, and the location was convenient. I don’t have any dislikes.

The hotel is wonderful. The breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great, close to the main street of Puerto Ayora. The Wi‑Fi works fine in the common areas but is awful in the room we stayed in.
