“Beautiful location, great rooms, restaurant not so good”
The room was huge, with excellent air‑conditioning and a fantastic shower, and the lake location was superb. The restaurant left a lot to be desired—service was poor, several drinks were missing, and we had to ask for orders multiple times and remind the waiter. Breakfast, which is included in the price, was disappointing, and the food and drink prices were ridiculous. If you want better dining, head next door to Solana Hotel; their restaurant is absolutely great and the service is spotless.
This hotel feels like a true sanctuary, perfectly blended with the surrounding nature and attended to by a caring staff. We spent three nights there and absolutely loved it.

The location is directly on the lagoon. The infinity pool is nice even though it’s small, and breakfast is good. They gave us a room with a third mattress on the floor. Room cleanliness was poor, the water got clogged twice and staff had to intervene. Also, towels left in the pool stayed there for a full day.
Everything was good overall. The only issue was a slight lack of maintenance on the lake side of the property.
