First of all, the front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Inoue who handled the pre‑delivery pickup issue via chat before check‑in—thanks a lot. The hotel is well‑located, reasonably clean, and the breakfast was tasty. 🥰 The 4‑person room had almost no space to lay luggage or hang clothes, which was a bit disappointing.

Getting to the airport was a breeze thanks to the shuttle, and the location is great for visiting places like Denden and Hakata. The only issue was that the four‑person room had a low ceiling, so the space between the second‑floor bed and the floor was tight.

I love how clean and modern the place feels, and the price really matches the quality – would definitely recommend it 100%. The only downside was that breakfast didn't offer many choices.

Very narrow, only a shower, and you can see the neighboring building from the room.

The hotel is close to public transport, spotless, and the staff are friendly. The little café next to the reception offers discounts, which is a nice touch. However, the room is far too small for three people.
