“Kvalitní ubytování v Kapanu”

The accommodation met expectations, and if I ever travel to Kapan again I’ll choose it again. The staff were kind, the room was clean, and during our two‑night stay the housekeeping came to clean. The room was comfortable and everything was present. I consider the breakfast less varied a drawback, but there’s always something to pick. The location wasn’t very attractive because of its surroundings, a bit far from the center. On the other hand, it was close to the airport, which suited us.

The hotel is amazing! It met all our expectations in terms of staff, facilities, and cleanliness. Plus, they charged our electric car at the hotel’s charging station for free. Thanks for everything 😀. If you’re in Kapan, only stay at Syunik.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the breakfast was wonderful. The room amenities were also very good and comfortable. highly recommended. The only issue was the room's floor; since we had a child and heavy luggage, going up and down was a bit difficult

The location is no longer so far from the center; you can walk there calmly. The breakfast is simple but good. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly and tries to help you, but it’s a pity they don’t speak English and even with the translator we couldn’t understand each other. A receptionist who did my check‑in didn’t understand anything and it was frustrating because I had asked for a bus to Meghri and not a taxi. Every time I tried to explain something she didn’t let me finish speaking or said yes and didn’t understand (as you could see). The prices are insane, especially because it’s a little or no tourist area.
