The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they answered quickly when I asked to exchange my reservation before checking in. The hotel is next to the river, giving easy access to water activities and a good seafood restaurant. The bathroom was very small with a tiny sink, making it inconvenient for a family to store things.

The hotel is close to the firefly boats, but the rooms smelled very musty—so much so that I checked out a day early. I had booked for 3 nights, but after 20 minutes I went down to cancel the third night and the staff refused to refund it. The room itself was tiny, and the shower and toilet were next to each other, so everything got wet when I showered, and walking in to use the toilet afterward left me splashed.
