Only the staff are smiling gentlemen. This hotel can’t be that bad – there’s a bug in the bath, everything is filthy, no ice in the fridge, the room is neglected.

The place was great overall, and the front‑office crew went above and beyond. We just wished there was a coffee shop or restaurant on the premises that stayed open late so we could hang out instead of battling traffic to find a bite to eat 😅

“Good low-cost option.”

The hotel offered a solid low‑cost stay right next to my work event, and the staff were very attentive and polite; I appreciated the corridor water dispenser that let me refill whenever I wanted, and there were plenty of eateries within walking distance, from street stalls to upscale restaurants. However, a few maintenance glitches popped up: the AC unit dripped water onto the floor, and a cracked sink faucet sprayed a tiny stream of water onto my arm when I turned it on.

The hotel's cleanliness was a major highlight - the room, linen, floor, and bath area were all spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated the option to refill my water bottle. The breakfast was satisfying, and the location was ideal, being just a short walk from my workplace. However, the rooms facing the main road could be a bit noisy from the traffic, but those on the other side were much quieter.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and fresh linen. The air conditioning was also nice and cold, which was a relief. However, the hallway was a bit of a letdown, as it was quite dark during the day. It wasn't a major issue, but it would have been nice to have a bit more natural light.
