I had to change rooms four times before finally settling, yet they wouldn't refund me—definitely not recommended.

The TV was broken and the staff were aware; they still rented the room. I expected a choice or a lower price without a TV.

The first room offered had ceiling plaster falling off over the bed, black mold on the walls, holes in the carpet, rusty hinges on the bathroom door, and no TV. Initially I was told we could not switch rooms, but eventually a handicap‑access room was provided. That one was a bit better, but the TV had no cable reception and dirty laundry from a previous guest lay on the floor. We will never stay at a Comfort Inn again; this property needs a complete renovation—or demolition.
