The hotel was close to the pools and the kitchen room had full blackout curtains. The main entrance staircase looked dangerous with a ripped green carpet and gave a bleak vibe that carried through the whole property. There was no soundproofing between rooms, and the neighboring party was loud—felt like we were all in one room. The kitchen room on the 3rd floor had no equipment: no mug, knife, napkin, or deep plate, just a burnt-out light that barely lit the ceiling. The room was filthy, and they tried to move us to another room first, but we insisted on the kitchen room. The photos were misleading. The wellness area was closed; it cost 2000 Ft per person per hour, but we might try again tomorrow. My 4‑year‑old wanted to splash, my husband wanted to sauna, but neither was available. The elevator, stairs, and corridor were dirty. In the bathroom, turning on the light triggered a harsh ultrasonic scent extractor. The crib seemed about to fall apart. The place was appalling. They washed the floor with a lot of water because of a chemical smell. We barely stayed due to the conditions. We downgraded our rating. If you go somewhere, you pay upfront; basic cleanliness is expected. Look at the tablecloth—what is this? The counter, table, and cabinet side weren’t wiped. The shower was so disgusting we only wore flip‑flops; someone had forgotten a dirty towel on the bathroom door. I’d send a cleaning crew or check it myself.
