The welcome was great and the room is fine—very pleasant, nice decor, and clean; there was a small dispute over breakfast time. At the front desk they said it was 6 am, so that seemed perfect, but the same morning they told us it was 6:30 or 7 am, which wasn’t the same timing. The person was in a hurry to open, so it caused some tension… Thanks, because we were able to have breakfast on time.

The location works well for travelers, yet the mattresses were as stiff as a plank, the toilet was loose, and water sprayed in all directions.

The room was spacious, bedding was excellent, the bathroom was large, breakfast was hearty and tasty, but it gets noisy if the window is open; cleaning needs improvement, especially in corners; curtains are all torn; the parking isn’t gated; I saw a client smoking from a first‑floor window; the hotel is a pity for not being better maintained.
